This is a custom, 1 of 1, vintage Levi's denim jacket that was reworked into a drape batwing poncho. There are no "sleeves" on this jacket, as the seams have been undone and had extension panels inserted, attaching the hips/ribs to the bottom of the arm.  

Fit of poncho jacket is drapey and fairly OSFA, but likely best for Men's Medium, Large, or a "larger" Small. 

Jacket began originally as a deep indigo blue color.
